FBR is a multi-generational, multi-campus, and multi-ethnic thriving church in Northwest Arkansas, creating a comprehensive ministry experience. The 10-week internship seeks to teach, equip, train, and develop vocationally called ministry leaders in their specific ministry areas. The internship includes one Preschool Ministry intern (birth-Kindergarten),  two Kids Ministry interns (grades 1-5), two Student Ministry interns (grades 6-12), and one Worship Ministry intern.
