What is Super Summer?

Super Summer Arkansas is a camp sponsored by the Arkansas Baptist State Convention, with funding provided by the Cooperative Program. Super Summer Arkansas takes place each summer on the campus of Ouachita Baptist University, in Arkadelphia, Arkansas.

It is split into two camps: Super Summer JV, serving campers who have completed 6th-8th grades, and Super Summer, serving campers who have completed 9th-12th grades. Both camps have adult leaders who attend one or both camps as adult chaperones. Every camper is assigned a specific college-aged staffer who will be there to facilitate small group discussions and recreation.

Please review and complete BOTH of the following steps to register your student for Super Summer 2024.

*Note – Following all the steps is very important. Please make sure to register both with Super Summer and through FBC Rogers. 

(YOU WILL NOT BE FULLY REGISTERED UNLESS YOU COMPLETE BOTH REGISTRATIONS.)


There are separate registrations for Students attending and Adults that want to volunteer. 

Student Step 1 - FBC Rogers Registration and Payment

$35 non-refundable deposit

2024 Student Registration Fees:

Regular Registration
February 1 - April 30

  • JV: $265
  • V: $280

Late Registration
May 1 - May 31

  • JV: $285
  • V: $300

Cancellation Fees

February 1 - March 31

No cancellation fees assessed during this time period.

April 1 - April 30 (Early Cancellation)

A cancellation fee of $35 will be assessed for any camper cancelling during this time period.

May 1 - May 31 (Late Cancellation)

A cancellation fee of $75 will be assessed for any camper cancelling during this time period.

On/After June 1

There are NO refunds on/after June 1


OTHER FEES

There are a few other scenarios where you may be responsible for additional charges.

  • Lost Key Fee: $25
  • Lost Swipe Card Fee: $25
  • Lost Nametag: $5

STUDENT STEP 2 - Super Summer REgistration

Please note:

  • You must complete the Super Summer registration as well as the FBC Rogers Registration or your student will not be registered to attend Super Summer. 
  • Super Summer Registration will not charge you for camp when you select our group. Payment will be made during the FBC Rogers Registration. 
  • Be sure to select the correct Super Summer Camps when registering. JV is for grades 6-8, V/SS camps is for grades 9-12.

ADULT Volunteer REGISTRATION

We need adults who can stay during Super Summer at OBU as chaperones and we need adults who can help transport students to and from OBU. Please pray about helping with this event. It takes many adults to make Super Summer run smoothly! 

IF YOU WANT TO ATTEND SUPER SUMMER AS AN ADULT CHAPERONE YOU NEED TO FILL OUT A VOLUNTEER FORM FIRST!! We have limited adult spots for this trip. This is first come first serve but adults who are active in our ministry will be considered first. If you register yourself before being approved or filling out the form below, we will have to cancel your registration. We will also be holding a camp meeting this year for all adult who will go on this trip.
