The goal for the student ministry internship is to help ministry-called students to experience and learn what it takes to build, run, and maintain a healthy, growing student ministry.

Rightnow Media studies (Complete 2 studies with someone else) (suggestions below)

Interview 5 student pastors (Chris will help set up)

• 2 in churches under 500 people part time

•  2 in churches under 500 people full time

• 1 in church over 3000 people

Speak each week on Wednesday night Zoom (Wade will do MS, Jesse will do HS)

• Staff will assist in planning

• Lessons will be on missions, challenging interns and students to get deeper into evangelism through missions

Lead group of students in small Bible study throughout the week.

Connect with every student in the Student Ministry via call or text.

Help plan calendar and budget.

Experience and be a part of leadership recruiting.

Interview 2 pastors on what they are looking for when hiring a Student Pastor.

Plan an Evangelism strategy for NWA.
