Audio Intern Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate and navigate worship service audio

• Produce a post-produced service for TV broadcast

• Setup and offer audio support for video projects

• Prepare and setup worship venues for all services across both campuses

• Provide audio, video, and lighting support for events/worship services as across all campuses

• Manage venue gear maintenance, storage, and inventory across all campuses

• Work alongside volunteers and build quality relationships with volunteers

• Work with existing staff and volunteers to provide cross training to improve the ministry team

• Help create and execute curriculum for training audio volunteers

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Media Manager

Video Intern Primary Responsibilities:

• Capture and edit weekly video content for our television program

• Capture and edit content for our social media platforms

• Capture and edit special events and projects to support the ministries of First Baptist Rogers

• Direct fast-paced live production cameras with volunteer operators to produce quality content

• Provide audio, video, and lighting support for events/worship services across all campuses

• Manage video gear maintenance, storage, and inventory across all campuses

• Work alongside volunteers and build quality relationships with volunteers

• Work with existing staff and volunteers to provide cross training to improve the ministry team

• Coordinate and direct talent, staff, and volunteers video shoots on campus and off site

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Media Manager
