God is at work, and You have a part
God is already at work in His people. Serving is not about filling roles, it's a way we participate in what God is already doing in us and through us.
“For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases Him.”
(Philippians 2:13)
At First Baptist Rogers, serving flows out of discipleship. Every person has a part to play in building up the body of Christ.
How Serving Works Here
Serving at our church is a pathway, not a position. Responsibility and leadership develop over time as faithfulness, character, and readiness are demonstrated.
To provide clarity and shared expectations, we describe serving using two primary levels, representing starting points within a broader pathway of growth and development over time.

Serve faithfully by leading yourself well and supporting the ministry of the church.
