This registration is for Captains only.

By signing up here, you are registering to serve as a team captain for the NWA Dodgeball Tournament on April 11. Captains are responsible for organizing and recruiting a team of 10 total participants (including yourself) and ensuring that each player completes the separate Player Registration form.

Please note:
This registration does not register you as a player. It simply confirms your role as a captain. All players — including the captain — must complete the Player Registration link individually.
