Our Worship Pastor

Mark started his ministry at First Baptist in June 2002. He is married to Mary Claire and they have three children, Hannah, Seth and Morgan. Mark has earned bachelor degrees in History and Music from Ouachita Baptist University. Mark has also earned a Masters of Music in Church Music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mark brings great energy and theological foundation to our worship ministry. His musical giftedness combined with his heart for God has provided Christ-centered, Spirit-anointed worship. He loves spending time with his wife and kids. In addition he loves having fun, traveling, sports, and watching a good movie.
