Registration Information
The league is open to boys and girls from K5 - 6th grade.
- Early registration cost for basketball or cheerleading is $60; after November 9,

the cost is $70.
- Deadline for registration is November 19.
- Basketball shorts are optional at a cost of $13.
- Cheerleading mock turtlenecks are optional at a cost of $13.

Evaluations
Everyone must attend their assigned evaluation; allow up to 40 minutes to be evaluated.
5th & 6th graders at First Nazarene on Tuesday, Nov 17
- Last names A through K between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m.
- Last names L through Z between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m.
K5 - 2nd graders at First Baptist Lowell on Monday, Nov 16
- Last names A through K between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m.
- Last names L through Z between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m.
3rd & 4th graders at First Baptist Rogers on Thursday, Nov 19
- Last names A through K between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m.
- Last names L through Z between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m.

Practices and games could take place at any of the church locations.
- Practices begin the week of Monday, December 7, 2009.
